Built in the 1570 on project of Alberto Schiatti. Indoors an interesting group of fifteenth-century polychromatic terra-cotta the "Compianto su Cristo" of Guido Mazzoni. Behind the altar there is the Mausoleum of Barbara d'Austria, second wife of Alfonso II d'Este.
