Was built by Castruccio Castracani in the XIV century and from him entitled to the son Arrigo. In the XV century was rebuilt by Francione and La Cecca with Porta a Pisa. This, sole survivor of the three ancient doors of the surrounding wall, present the sinopia of "Annunciazione" attributed to Astolfo Petrazzi (XVII century). The original fresco, detached, is in the Town Hall.
