Ingredients
Vol au vent 12 n.
Gorgonzola 80g
Mascarpone 20g
Butter 50g
Whipped cream 2 spoons
Minced parsley 2 spoons
Nutmeg As needed
Walnuts 6 n.
Brandy 2 spoons
How to cook
Mix together the butter, gorgonzola, mascarpone, nutmeg, brandy and  the minced parsley, add the whipped cream and mix softly. Fill the cream in the vol au vent and decorate with nuts.
