| White wine (dry) |

| How to cook |
| Cook slightly the minced onion,
garlic, sage, salt and pepper in the olive oil,
add the tomatoes and cook for ten minutes
( add wine gradually). Take off the garlic
and spread the tomato sauce on the slices of
toast. Season with the oregano and serve. |
