Hors d'oeuvre Difficulty  Cost All season 30min.
 
Ingredients
Tinned tomatoes (peeled) 1 tin
Small onion (minced) 1 n.
Sage leaves 3 n.
Garlic  2 pieces
Salt As needed
Pepper As needed
Oregano As needed
Olive oil As needed
Toast 6 slices
White wine (dry) 1/2 cup
How to cook
Cook slightly the minced onion, garlic, sage, salt and pepper in the olive oil, add  the tomatoes and cook for ten minutes ( add wine gradually). Take off  the garlic and spread the tomato sauce on the slices of toast. Season with the oregano and serve.
