Ingredients
Shellfish 200g
Bread 4 slices
Olive oil 1/2 cup
Butter As needed
Minced parsley As needed
Salt As needed
Pepper As needed
Lemon juice As needed
How to cook
Dig lightly in the middle of the slices of bread, butter them and bake until they are golden (moderate temperature) . Let brown Cook the shell-fishes in the olive oil until lightly browned. Put the shell-fish in the bread bowl. Dust with the parsley, salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes ( moderate temperature). Spray with the lemon juice and serve.
