Tuna's bottarga As needed
Oil As needed
Lemon juice As needed
Toast As needed
How to cook
Slice the bottarga very fine and put the slices on a large dish. Mix  the oil and  the lemon juice, then pour the sauce on the bottarga. Serve the salad with hot slices of toast!
