Champignon mushrooms 400 g
Anchovy fillet (minced) 4 n.
Minced parsley 1 spoon
Yolks 2 n.
Lemon juice 1/4 cup
Garlic  1 piece
Oil As needed
Salt As needed
How to cook
Slice the mushrooms, then put them in a bowl. Make a homogenous cream with the other ingredients, then mix the cream delicately with the mushrooms.
