Ingredients
Shrimps 200g
Tomato 1n.
Salmon paste 30g
Chicory 100g
Onion 1 /2 n.
White wine (dry) 1 /2 cup
Laurel leave  1 n.
Lemon juice 1 n.
Salt As needed
Pepper As needed
   
How to cook
Put in a pyrex bowl a cup of wine, the laurel and onion then get to boil, after boild add the shrimps and cook a few minutes. Put the sliced tomato,  fine cut chicory and the hot shrimps in a salad bowl, and dress with the lemon juice and salmon paste.
