Ingredients
Ham 400g
Bechamel 2 spoons
Butter 50g
Salt As needed
Pepper As needed
whipped cream 100g
How to cook
Put the ham in the mixer. Mix  the ham and  the softened butter in a bowl, add the bechamel ( you can find it ready-cooked), some salt and pepper, then mix delicately with the whipped cream. Put the mixture in a mould lined with graise-proof paper, chill for three hours. Take it out from the mould and put on a large dish, slice and serve.
