| Anchovy paste |

| How to cook |
| Diluite the anchovy paste with
the olive oil and spread it on each slice of
bread. Place all the slices on a baking-pan lightly
greasy, and put a little piece of mozzarella
cheese and one spoon of tomato on each one. Dust
with the oregano and put into oven (250 degrees)
for 5 minutes. |
