Hors d'oeuvre Difficulty  Cost   All season 15min.
Ingredients
Bread 8 slices
Mozzarella cheese 1 n.
Tinned tomatoes (cut) 1 tin
Anchovy paste As needed
Olive oil As needed
Oregano As needed
How to cook
Diluite the anchovy paste with the olive oil and spread it on each slice of bread. Place all the slices on a baking-pan lightly greasy, and  put a little piece of  mozzarella cheese and one spoon of tomato on each one. Dust with the oregano and put into oven (250 degrees) for 5 minutes.
