Hors d'oeuvre Difficulty Cost   All season 45min.
Ingredients
Speck ham 150g
cheese 200g
Bread 5 slices
Eggs 2 n.
Salt As needed
Pepper As needed
Oil As needed
Bread crumbs As needed
How to cook
Cut in to cubes the speck, cheese and the slices of bread. Spit them on wood sticks, soak them in the beaten egg with salt and pepper and  roll them on the plate with some bread crumbs, then fry. Serve hot or warm.
