Tuna in olive oil 400g
Mascarpone cheese 200g
Lemon juice 1 n.
lettuce 8 leaves
   
How to cook
Mince the tuna and dress with the lemon juice. Add the mascarpone then mix energetically. Put the mousse on a piatto which covered with the leaves of lettuce, Cool it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
