Thaw the freezed pie sheets, then
make 2 disks of the sheets which are not too
thin (use bottom of the circular cake mold) .
Put the ricotta, minced cheese, diced ham, pepper,
eggs and mix energetically. Butter a mould and
place one of the disks in the bottom then put
the filling and cover with the another disk (close
well). Brush the surface with the yolk
and bake at 160 degrees for 45 minutes. - That's
delicious even if it's cold !
