Ingredients
Dry beans 400g
Oil 6 spoons
Garlic 2 pieces
Sage leaves 7 n.
Laurel leaves 1 n.
Tinned tomatoes (cut) 200g
Minced parsley 3 spoons
Salt As needed
Pepper As needed
How to cook
Soften the beans in water all the night. Put the beans and the laurel in weak salted water and cook for 40 minutes and drain. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the garlic, after take the garlic off, put the beans in the pan, add the sage, tomato sauce and salt, cook for 15 minutes more. A few minutes  before to take off the fire, add parsley and pepper.
