Soften the beans in water all
the night. Put the beans and the laurel in weak
salted water and cook for 40 minutes and drain.
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the garlic, after
take the garlic off, put the beans in the pan,
add the sage, tomato sauce and salt, cook for
15 minutes more. A few minutes before to
take off the fire, add parsley and pepper.
