Ingredients
Dry lentils 400g
Laurel leaves 2 n.
Butter 40g
Onion 1/2 n.
Tomato sauce 1 spoons
Broth 1/2 cup
Bacon 100g
Salt As needed
Pepper As needed
How to cook
Soften the beans in water all the night, then drain them well. Heat the butter and oil in a casserole, add the onion and bacon. After they get brown, add the beans, salt and pepper,  the tomato sauce which diluited with the broth and laurel. Cover the casserole and cook over a low heat for 20 minutes.
