Ingredients
Sweet cocoa 60g
Milk 1/2 l
Cornstarch 50g
Butter 40g
Sugar 40g
Vanilla 1 pinch
How to cook
Put the cornstarch and sweet cocoa in a bow, add the milk little by little (don't clot!) and mix very well. Add the melted butter, sugar and vanilla. Put the mixture in a sauce-pan, then mix it continuosly over a low heat  for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture in a mould ( little wet) and refrigerate.  Take out from the mould and serve.
