Clean the strawberries and soak
them in the sherrry with 75g of the suger for
30 minutes. Meantime, Put in a mixer the yolks,
rest of the suger, cream and two spoons of strawberry
syrup to make custard. Put the strawberries on
the bottom of little dessert cups and cover
the top with the custard. Refrigerate for 1 hour
and serve.
