Clean the strawberries and cut
them in two halves. Put in a mixer 200 g of the
strawberries and 100g of the suger to make pure.
Pour the strawberry pure over the whipped cream
in a bowl, add 100g of the suger and mix softly.
Soak the rest of the strawberries in the rhum
with the rest of the suger, then place the strawberries
on the bottom of little dessert cups and pour
the cream over. Put in the refrigerater and serve
with the biscuits.
