Peel and slice the apples, then
cover them with the suger. Soak the raisins in
the rhum, fry the pine-seeds and bread-crumbs
in a small pan with a little butter. Make a disk
with a pastry pulled thin, place
the filling on the pastry and rolled it up then
close well. Place the pie on the oven plate
then brush the surface with the yolk bake at
180 degrees until browned.
