Ingredients
Carrot 250g
Suger 250g
Butter 100g
Eggs 2 n.
Almond crunch 100g
Flour 250g
Baking powder 1 tea spoon
Salt 1 pinch
Castor sugar As needed
How to cook
Mix well the butter and suger in a bowl. Add the beaten yolk with a little salt, almond crunch and grated carrot, then mix well again. Butter a mould and pour the mixture in. Bake at 190 degrees for 45 minutes. When the cake is cool enough, dust with the castor sugar.
