Ingredients
Bread 4 n.
Flour 30g
Butter 60g
Milk 1/2 l
Raisins 60g
Egg 1 n.
Lemon peel Lemon 1 n.
Almond crunch 100 g
Sugar 50g
Bread-crumbs  As needed
   
How to cook
Soak the bread in the milk. Put  the butter, egg, lemon peel, almond crunch, sugar and raisins in a bowl, then mix them up energetically. Pour the mixture in a mould then dust with bread-crumbs, Bake at 200 degrees until browned.
