Ingredients
Bucatini 400g
Mushrooms 300g
Garlic 1 piece
Minced parsley 2 spoons
Tinned tomatoes (cut) 250g
White wine (dry) 1 cup
Salt  As needed
Pepper As needed
Oil As needed
How to cook
Clean and slice the mushrooms. Brown minced garlic in the olive oil, add the mushrooms and wine, After evaporated add the tomato,  parsley and salt, cook for 30 minutes. Cook pasta (bucatini) in salted water. Serve the pasta with the mushroom sauce !
