Ingredients
Slices of sole 2n.
Bucatini (pasta) 400g
Olive oil 6spoons
Onion 1n.
Slices anchovy 2n.
Minced parsley 2spoons
Tinned tomato (strained) 250g
Garlic 1 n.
White wine (dry) 1/2 cup
Salt As needed
Pepper As needed
How to cook
Fry  the minced garlic in the olive oil, add the parsley, anchovy cut into strips and slices of sole. A few minutes later, add the wine, salt and pepper, the strained tomato sauce and cook over a low heat for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a lightly salted water and drain well. Serve the pasta with the sole sauce.
