Ingredients
Stale bread 200g
Bacon 50g
Salame 50g
Speck 50g
Eggs 4 n.
Milk 250ml
Broth 1,5 l
Salt  As needed
Pepper As needed
Minced parsley As needed
Nutmeg As needed
Flour As needed
How to cook
Put the broth on fire. Soak pieces of bread in the milk and let drench then squeeze, then pug with the eggs, bacon, salame, parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper, add some flour to obtain a hard dough.  Make small balls as big as a walnut with the dough, flour them and put them into the boiling broth. Cook for 25 minutes and serve.
