Ingredients
Chicken livers 3 n.
Rice 200g
Minced parsley 2 spoons
Butter 50g
Broth 1,5 l
Grated cheese As needed
Small onion (minced) 1 n.
How to cook
Cook the onion and the chicken livers in the butter until lightly browned, add the rice and cook for a while. Pour broth little by little and add the parsley before taking off the fire. Serve with a lot of grated cheese.
