Ingredients
Smoked salmon 100g
Pasta (farfalle) 400g
Cream 250ml
Butter 100g
Cognac 1/2 cup
Nutmeg As needed
Sale As needed
How to cook
Melt the butter in a frying-pan, add the sliced salmon, cream, nutmeg, salt and cook for 5 minutes. After that add the cognac and cook for 10 minutes (low heat). Boil the pasta and drain,  flavour with the salmon sauce on the pan (high heat). Serve immediately.
