Peel off and cut finly the potatoes.
Cut the pork into thin strips. Boil the
potatoes and the pork in the salted water for
20 minutes. After that add the pasta there and
cook until being "al dente" then drain.
Meantime, brown the garlic and sage in the butter,
then remove them from the pan. Season the pasta
with the garlic butter and scatter the cheese.
Serve the hot immediately.
