Ingredients
Bass 1000g
Garlic 2 pieces
Little onions 500g
Tinned tomatoes (cut) 400g
White wine 1 cup
Flour As needed
Butter 50g
Olio 2 spoons
Minced parsley 2 spoons
Minced basil 2 spoons
Salt As needed
Pepper As needed
How to cook
Clean the bass and slice. Flour the slices and put them in a pan with the butter,oil and garlic, then cook until browned. Add the little onions and white wine, after the liquid evaporated add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Cover the pan and cook over a low heat for 20 minutes, add the basil and parsley and cook other15 minutes.
