Beef "carpaccio" (carpaccio is raw
beefmeat very fine sliced)

How to cook
Put the slices of meat on a dish
and dress with some oil, salt, pepper and lemon
juice. If you like you can add other ingredients
as: salad (rucola) and parmesan or fresh mushrooms
with parmesan or salad (songino) with mozzarella.
