Ingredients
Veal  4 slices
Egg 1 n.
Bread crumbs As needed
Butter 80g
Flour As needed
Salt As needed
Pepper As needed
Lemon juice  Lemon 1 n.
How to cook
Pepper the slices of veal, then cover lightly with some flour, put in to the beaten egg , then bread-crumbs on. Cook each side of them in the butter with a litle oil  for 7 minutes, and salt. Serve with the lemon juice.
