Ingredients
Cod fish fillet 8 slices
Butter 80g
Sage leaves 15 n.
Flour As needed
Salt As needed
Pepper As needed
Parmesan cheese (grated) 20g
Cream 1/2 cup
How to cook
Flour the slices of cod, then cook them in a pan with  the butter until lightly browned. Put the fish in a pyrex with the sage and small pieces of butter, then pour the cream. Salt and pepper,dust with the grated parmesan cheese and bake at 180 degrees for10 minutes.
Note: This recipe is relatively cheap
