Ingredients
Beef fillet 4 slices
Butter 50g
Brandy 1/2 cup
Green pepper As needed
Salt As needed
Flour 1 spoon
How to cook
Dust the green pepper on the meat  and let penetrate into the meat. Cook each side of the beefsteak in the butter for 2 minutes(high heat). Take off the beefsteak and add the flour to the cooking sauce, diluite it with the brandy. Put the steak again in the pan and cook for 2 minutes (turning continually). Salt and serve immediately with cooking sauce.
