Pound very well the beefslices,
mince the cooked meat and mix with the crumb
steeped in the milk and than squeezed, add the
crumbled sausage, grated parmesan cheese, egg,
nutmeg, salt and pepper. Divide the mixture on
the beefslices and roll up. Bind the little bags
with some white yarn and cook them in the butter
until browned, wet the bags with wine and when
wine is evaporated add a little tomatosauce diluited
with hot water, Cook over a low heat for 20 minutes.
