Ingredients
Gliehead 700g
Small onion 1 n.
Ham 3 slices
Thyme 1 pinch
Celery 1 n.
Laurel leaves 3 n.
White wine (dry) 1/2 cup
Salt As needed
Pepper As needed
Oil As needed.
How to cook
Clean the fish and dry very well. Stuff with the sliced ham and put it  in a frying pan with a little oil. Cover with the minced vegetables and pour some oil over. Put into a hot oven; after 10 minutes wet with the wine and let cook till browning; during the broiling wet with the cooking sauce little by little.
