| How to cook |
| Clean, wash and dry the chicken, then put the
rosemary inside of it. Line a beking plate with
a sheet of cooking foil, then make a stratum
with the coarse salt, put the chicken on there
and cover it with the salt again. Cover with
the another sheet of foil, make a small hole
in the middle of the sheet. Put in to a hot oven
and cook at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Break
the crust and serve. |
