Mince the chicken with the ham and mortadella
sausage. Mix together the mince, besciamella,
nutmag, egg, salt and papper. Make balls
of the mixture and cover them with some flour.
Heat the butter in a pan and add the minced onion,
tomato sauce and cook for a few minutes, then
put the meat balls and cook for 10 minutes.
