Ingredients
Small trouts 4 n.
Butter 50g
Flour As needed
Beer 1 cup
Onion 1 n.
Laurel leaves 4 n.
Salt As needed
Pepper As needed
How to cook
Wash, dry and flour the trouts. Put in a frying pan with the butter and onion then cook each side until browned. Add the laurel, beer, salt, pepper, and cook for 15 minutes. Pour the cooking sauce over the hot and serve.
