Ingredients
Trouts 4 n.
Butter 150g
Sage leaves 20 n.
Salt As needed
How to cook
Clean, wash and dry the trouts. Stuff them with 3 or 4 leaves of the sage and some salt. Cook them with the rest of the sage in the butter. Drain them on absorbent kitchen paper and serve with fried potatoes.
