| Tinned tomatoes (cut) |

| Garlic (minced) |

| Minced parsley |

| How to cook |
| Shell off the hardboiled eggs,
then divide them in two halves in lenght. In
a pan cook the onion until lightly browned, add
the tomato, salt then cover and cook over a low
heat for 15 minutes. Put the eggs in the tomato
sauce then add the minced garlic and parsley.
Cover again the pan and cook 10 minutes more. |
