"Kagemusha. The shadow of the Warrior" in Turin

The exhibition is subtitled: the Man, the Body, the Energy: "Ways of Energy" take life across the personages of the Tradition, their spaces of search (the house from tea, the dojo, the laboratory of the forger of Katane and of ceramist, the room of the calligrapher), the instruments used (arms and armours, ceramics, handwritings and things of art), the methods and the disciplines routes in the difficult Art to become warriors of oneself. The exhibition, of whom is available the technical form, is prepared thanks to private collections at the Stibbert Museum of Florence and is enriched from images and video, interactive spaces, events in show. An interesting calendar of events is in the program in the evocative yard of the Maglio (Borgo Dora): wednesday March 2 at 08,00pm, the Yoshin Ryu - School of Culture and Oriental Disciplines presents at the italian public, for the first time, the Teacher Shibata Kanjuro, descending from 21 generations of makers of japanese traditional archs; the Teacher will make a conference and later on he will effect, with some students, a demonstration of Kyudo, the art of archery - at the beginning of the evening the presents will can admire some of the traditional asymmetrical archs in bamboo; saturday march 19, always at 08,00pm, Alessandro Beghini, ceramist and student of bonsai, will illustrate at the public the phases of the ceramic's working Yakimono - style Raku at base of clay from the amalgam at the baking; saturday april 2 then, the Teacher Yoshindo Yoshinara Sensei, great expert of the art of construction of the Katana (japanese sword), will execute from alive, for the first time in Europe, some phases of the forging; saturday april 9, finally, demonstration from the traditional martial art Ju Tai Jutsu, art of the flexible Energy of the Body.
