Castello Sarriod de la Tour

The Castle Sarriod de la Tour rise itself, protected from a wide city-walls, in the flattish zone of the common, cultivated at orchard. The building was inhabited until the 1922 from the family Sarriod, for this reason the inside is well preserved. The medieval structure, in spite of the next rehandlings, was respected and the locals are in good conditions: the chapel, in which is possible admire the pictures of the 1470, and the baronial lounge, the ceiling is composed from 171 caissons in engraved wood, are of notable manufacture and noteworthy. From october at february open with hourly 10.00am - 12.30am and 01.30pm - 05.00pm, closed tuesday.
