Built from the arabs in the XI century on the punic and roman remains, palace of the Norman is now seat of the Regional Sicilian Assembly. In its inside there is the wonderful Palatina Chapel and numerous rooms between that the room of Ruggero, of the Duke Montalto and Pompeiana. There are wide courtyards all of the norman period in Sicily.
