At the centre of the square thereis the monumeto to Vittorio Emanuele II of Ercole Rosa, celebrated in 1896.
Direct to the duomo, watching up right, Palazzo Reale, while at the left the Vittorio Emanuele II gallery.
In front of the Duomo instead rises Palazzo Carminati.
The actual sidewalk of the square is of 1928 for work of the architect Portaluppi.
