Villa Comunale

The villa was realized in 1820 during the nineteenth-century expansion of the town. The entrance, orientated toward Cavour square, presents an entrance drawed by Luigi Oberty, that dresses 24 pillars of ionico order. Indoors there is a wide garden with long lined with tree avenues ending in a small wood with small temple and statue dedicated to Giuseppe Rosati, great figure of foggiano scientist of the XVIII century. In the central part a bit of dig underlines structures of a neolithic village of the V century b.C.
