Benevento - tourist informations

The town of Benevento is situated in a flat area, to the convergence of the river Sàbato with the Calore, where converge more roads of connection between the entroterra and the plain bell. The arechological finding in Cellarulo district are recent, near to the convergence of the two rivers, that document the ancient Samnite origins of the then Malaventrum.
