Lecco, in Lombardy, is situated to the end of the eastern branch of Lario. The evocative landscape that form the rocky walls of mountain San Martino and of Resegone characterizes Lecco and makes it a charming town and so beautiful to provoke emotions that inspired the well-known writer Alessandro Manzoni that, just in this land, setted its immortal romance "I Promessi Sposi".
