The first news about the castle are dated 1196. After numerous passages the Castle is from the beginnings of the '900 of property of the Remondini Family of Genoa that has lately provided to effect a deep reorganization with the Oratory of the year 100 and placed at the foots of the Castle.
Its majesty is intensified from the richness of artistic elements: pictures and sculptures of epoch.
