Earlier Metternich hotel, then Hotel de la Ville, it is now seat of a bank.
It was projected by Giovanni Degasperi built in the first mid of 1800.
The facade is subdivided in five parts with corinzi capitals.
The low reliefs of Giuseppe Moscotto and Giovanni Depaul represent Honor, Industry, Navigation, Reflection, Religion, Constancy, Charity and Trade.
