The limit of speed
 
The maxim speed can not exceed 130 km/h (80 MPH) for the motor-ways, 110 km/h (68 MPH) for the main extra-urban streets, 90 km/h (56 MPH) for the secondary extra-urban streets and 50 km/h (31MPH) for the streets in the inhabitant centres. On the motor-ways at three lanes with lane of emergency for every direction of gear the maxim limit of speed can be of 150 km/h (93 MPH) on the base of the features of the tracing, with installation of the special beacons. In case of atmospheric precipitations of any nature, the maxim speed can not exceed 110 km/h (68 MPH) for the motor-ways and 90 km/h (56 MPH) for the main extra-urban streets. Sanctions: who does not observe the least limit of speed and who exceeds the maxim limit of speed of less 10 km/h (6 MPH), must pay a penalty that changes from 33,60 at 137,55 euro; anyone exceeds of over 10 km/h (6 MPH) but less of 40 km/h (24 MPH) the maxim limit is subject a penalty viariable from 137,55 and 550,20 euro; the driver that exceeds of over 40 km/h (24 MPH) the maxim limit of speed risks the payment of a sum that changes from 343,35 at 1.736,55 euro, besides at the suspension of the patent of driving from one at six months (if the violation is commited from the driver in possession from the driving's patent from expect of three years, the suspension of the same changes from three at six months). Is reccomended in any case, given the multiplicity of the exceptions, to lend much attention at the vertical signals present on the street that is traveling.
