Lugo                                                                                                     With its strikingly eighteenth century historic centre enriched by the D'Este Rocca and the twentieth century monument to Francesco Baracca, has a very lively cultural life, especially in summer. Its Wednesday market, which has existed since the early fifteenth century, is famous all over Italy.

 

Bagnacavallo                                                                                       Is a delightful little town built to a mediaeval plan.You will appreciate the Basilica di San Pietro in Sylvis, a splendid example of Early Romanesque architecture, and the evocative, elliptical Piazza Nuova.

 

Bagnara                                                                        In Bagnara you can admire the mediaeval Rocca, the Mascagni Museum and the Villa Morsiani in a tranquil setting along the Canale dei Molini with the hills in the background.
